Emirates Tank Factory Plastic (Polyethylene) tanks are manufactured through rotational molding using the highest quality of “Polyethylene” that meets FDA special cations.
These tanks ensure the safe storage of drinking water. They do not release or impart any harmful elements into the stored water.

These tanks are available in both Vertical and Horizontal shapes and in 3, 4 and 5 layers starting from 35 U.S. gallons to 5000 U.S. gallons.

1st Layer – White plastic layer with UV to provide the tank a resistance against ultra violet rays.

2nd Layer – Black sun shield layer to withstand harsh weather conditions.

3rd Layer – Red or green Chlorophyll layer help to prevent the growth of bacteria, algae & fungus and to give more thickness.

4th Layer - Foam Layer (Compressed Sponges) maintains water temperature at a rate lesser than the outside temperature.

5th Layer - Smooth Inner Layer of preventing the growth of bacteria, algae & fungus.
